I need some help, I’m trying to run a Headrush MX5 into the Crown XLS 1002 bridged at 8ohms into a Peavey Headliner 410, using a Speakon cable between head and cabinet. All the components are brand new. When you turn the volume knob on the Crown up it starts clipping with very minimal sound output. Am I doing something wrong? I’ve used a similar setup in the last band I played in but it was a Line 6 stomp into the Crown amp and never had this problem.

Sounds like a gain-matching problem. Have you tried reducing the amplitude of the signal being fed to the power amp? Does the amp's input let you select between line level and instrument/microphone level?
As far as I know it does not let you adjust between line level and instrument/microphone level, but I could be wrong about that. I’ve tried adjusting multiple setting on the Headrush to see if that solved the problem and it did not.

How is your SpeakOn wired fort bridge mode?
Where is the indication that the amp is clipping?

Can you try replacing the Headrush with your old Line 6 stomp?
Try input sensitivity on 1.4Vrms (not .775Vrms).
Try a factory reset from the system menu.

It will be easier to get more information BEFORE guessing and possibly creating a new problem.
Wilth all due respect, I made those specific recommendations because they're extremely unlikely to create new problems.

Factory reset unlikely to create a new problem? I have seen this cause new problems, especially when internally operating under the legacy HiQ network.
A little more information will help define what's really going on here, I am about 90% sure it's nothing anyone has mentioned.
A bridge adapter cable is required if speakON is used.

My guess would be as Aged Horse mentioned, with the way you have your speakon connectors wired. Amp side of cable must be wired 1+ 2+ into channel one and the speaker side has to be wired 1+ 1-. Very easy to get the wrong end into the wrong hole.
It shows on the front of the amp. This is just a pic off the box for reference. I’m not sure how the speakon is wired to tell the truth.

Your problem is that you are using the wrong cable for bridging. Do not use those adapters, use the proper cable. Most of the adapters I have seen use knock-off connectors.

I like the color coding. Red is the bridged amp side and blue is the speaker side. Also the connector on the speaker side is male, so a regular speakON cable plugs straight into it with no need for a coupler. This configuration would work for me as I would use this sort of adapter to run subs for a PA. If you want an adapter you can plug straight into a cab, you can probably call and order a female plug on the speaker side. Make sure to order a cable that is long enough. The standard options are 1', 2', and 10'.
FYI, I don't have any experience with this company, but I have had this adapter book-marked for over a decade. So the company has been around for awhile.
