Mes ami, I'm from EAST of the Sabine River originally, we ain't got this turkey in th' oven, we done got it getting properly Cajun cooked in a big vat of oil bein' deep fried (even injected a bit of spices into it, for some extra flavor)!!! Don't need no bastin' dat way!

Only them heathen from WEST of the Sabine, and Yankees would desecrate a fine bird such as a turkey by.....(shudder)....bakin' it....
