The only reason I watch this is because I've always had a thing for Eva LaRue but I can't stand David Caruso! This guy has got to have friction burns on his temples with all the sunglasses play.

CSI: Miami

Uggh, yeah I can't stand him either (or any of the CSI shows really). Watching that clip, it strikes me that the lines would be so much more effective the other way around, ie taking off his sunglasses instead of putting them on each time.
As somebody said, CSI: Miami is the cheezy CSI show .... the other two are pretty good but this Miami show is ridiculous 
That said, my wife and I are hooked on CSI: Miami like two crack junkies .... like a car wreck, we just have to keep on watching it

I think the sunglasses thing is that he'd have 'em off while checking the crime scene, and pops 'em on just before he leaves, and of course the one-liner with it.

Amen. What's with all the moody blue light on the original? Has anybody ever actually seen a government agency with a lighting scheme like that? Do they make cheap fluorescent track lights in deep blue for forensic agencies? What government agencies have a dress code that allows for Marge Cleavenbreaster's wardrobe? If you're a female forensic CSI investigator, is there a rule that says you should wear clothing so tight that it resembles spandex even if you're far too old to do so? What's up with that?
The only reason I ever watched even parts of the show was a bizarre fascination with Jorja Fox.
