Do you guys play in CYS? Mickey and Dan are both lunatics. I remember hating those Sunday night 6-9 rehearsals. It was fun, though. Nice to see some young bassists from CT on here!

As to the CT AllState Audition piece the requirement is (this year was) BASS Capuzzi/Buccarella Concerto in D Major (mvt. 3) Yorke Edition/Carl Fischer

As to a cellist doing your audition, I will inquire at CMEA why they are not getting bass guys...
