Curse the Geddy Lee Jazz neck!!!

thin necks cramp my thumb up. i like some girth.

Heck, yeah! Thick necks feel the best for me too. My new Warwick Corvette is perfect for me.

The first time I picked up a Jazz, (the only other bass I had ever played at the time were Squire P’s) the first thing I thought was “What in God’s name is wrong with this bass neck? It feels like I’m going to break it.”

The Jag neck is actually smaller than the geddy. I've played both neck and I do not prefer either.

I swapped out my geddy neck for a P bass neck - then i decided I'd like the rest f the precision.

THEN I built a jaguar bass and used a CIJ 70's reissue P neck.

I'm in heaven.

Different strokes.

But those that like the geddy neck - there is no other like it in the price range - not even the jag.

I guess I shift very well between different necks.. I like the Geddy Neck, I like the P bass Neck, I Like the regular jazz bass neck, I like the Stingray 5 neck....

I guess im just more "open" than you guys :P But i am a hell alot faster on a Geddy neck.
