Custard in all its varied forms is spectacular enough to be a food group all its own.

Among my personal favorites - homemade custard pie with nutmeg; flan with yummy homemade caramel; and Ted Drewe's Frozen Custard (all the flavors are delicious).

Now, I'm getting confused as to what kind of custard the OP was referring to, regular or frozen? Either way, though, it's good stuff and very fattening.
