Picked this up a few months ago.
Made by someone locally, don't have a name. I came with Ibanez MM pickups and electronics, I replaced with EMG soapbars and electronics. Had the pickup rings custom made. replaced the bridge with the Schaller adjustable. I love the sound now and the improved (IMHO) looks of the soapbars and rings. Well balanced. Big tone difference depending on where you pluck the strings. It's neck thru.
The neck is 1.5 nut width but rather thick. Always liked the 4001/3 but not the neck. Here's the pictures.
