Custom Headstock Decal

I'm looking for a place to create a headstock decal that has an online generator for it. I'd like to see the decal before ordering. I'm wondering if there is one? Several searches gave me nada. Thanks.

They exist, I've dealt with a couple successfully. I recall "Rothko", in the UK, I think it was, they did this one for me:
