Drumazon2 is out. It has gotten really good.
I really like how easy it is to get great professional sounding drums straight from the box. I also us a Jomox Alphabase, and got a load of goldbaby samples as well, but compared to everything I tried, I honestly haven't come across an easier and better sounding TR909 emulation. You can find wave comparisons between TR909 and Drumazon online, and it's just
impossible to tell the difference anymore. The long sustained kicks are insane...
Also, this VST emulation goes
way beyond yer traditional drum computer: extensive sequencing, multiple FX buses, with freely adjustable chain, 2 great filters, etc...
D16 used to be a bit behind on MacOS, but I run it on an M1 chip, with the latest OS, in Ableton 11 without any issues. I can't find a better option. This one got me so enthused,
I made a video on it. Check it here.
You can find Drumazon2 on the d16.pl site.
Really worth it if you ask me...
