Daisy chaining

Is there any "deterioration" or noticeable difference in sound quality between two identical cabs (115) if the second is daily chained in serial by a 1/4" with the first being connected via the amp by speakon?

Not at all, I usually link my Mesa Powerhouse 210 after one 115 instead of connecting separately both to the Mesa 400+ head and there's no difference

None except that power should never go through a 1/4" jack.

Just a quick correction/clarification:

Connecting both cabs seperately to the amp, or "daisy chaining" from one cab to the other are both exactly the same, and are connected in parallel - not series.
