Damn, you P bass guys!

Alot better P basses than a Fender to choose from.
But your welcome.
Now put on some flats and have at it.

What kind of backhanded compliment is that? Aren't you the guy who was whining about getting turned down for a gig because your gear wasn't up to their standards?

OP, that's a fine looking bass and that color combo is one of my favorites. Myself, I'm partial to a tort pickguard on those LPB basses w/ maple fretboards, but that black looks good as well.

Has to be MIM for the price but it's weird because it doesn't have the plain neck plate on the back...it looked like a 60th anniversary neck plate, but not the one with the diamond, the one with the P bass and a wreath, I think. Put money down on it, didn't want to lose it, so I have to wait to bring it home.
Yeah, the previous owner changed the pickguard, put on a Badass bridge, and maybe a different neck plate. Strange too that I played it and left the store never even realizing that the neck felt more like a Jazz neck. Do some MIMs have Jazz necks? Other than the Deluxe Active models, that is.
I want it...
