Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

My goal is that I do not want a signal chain. I want to build from ground 0 being my original bass tone and not a blunt non dynamic tone when I go and turn off all the effects that anagram offers in their signal chain.

This sounds like a pretty drastic change, can you provide reference recordings to compare things with and without the device in your path?

It could be that you could have a defective device, something funky with your settings, or simply not like the way it sounds. Or some combination of all three.

You misunderstand. You have an empty signal chain in Anagram. What was the signal chain that you’ve listened to that, as you put it, demonstrates the “natural” tone of your bass? What devices were used that delivered this “natural” tone you’re using as a point of comparison?

How is it that this thing is not yet at Pedalplayground? :wideyed:
Because it has just been release, probably?
I'm sure they will eventually add it to the list.
In the meantime, you can enter a custom pedal with custom dimensions: 8.27" width and 4.13" height

What I’m trying to do is perhaps in stomp mode to try to get my original bass tone without effects in one button and no effects just like being plugged straight into an amp clean and no effects. The second and third buttons dedicated to effects.

Ah, that makes a bit more sense. The specific answer would be dependent on your routing, but it would be possible to configure a macro that turns everything off with the first button, and then toggles your desired effects with the second and third buttons.

It's quite convincing

I would like to measure the latency on the octave up. Better than that, I want to test it.
Would be great to have 2 octaves up, 1 and 2 simultaneously. Harmonizer.
And this question is for OC2 fanboys: would the Sublime Octave get off of your board your OC2 pedal? I have a Source Audio C4 and a HxEffects that can do the analog octaver thing pretty well, but I still prefer the responsiveness of my OC2

And again bugs bugs bugs.
With the "new" Suite Update I am not able to upload IRs and NAMs - again.

Really want to try some new NAMs I found... but well...
The Analgram (full intention) has also some problems connecting to the Suite. Alway says "Wait or Darkglass devices" an have to restart the thing... well..

But at least the pedalboard is ready.

Excellent. Your midi controller allows you to change the preset banks? I'm hesitant to buy one, because I understand that the midi controls are not yet very operational in the anagram.

No problems at all over here to connect to Darkglass Suite and load NAM profiles or other user presets

Just got my Ana this week, going thru the learning curve.
I’m also playing with a DCX/Sushibox Venus (actual pedals) and the tone is very nice.
With the current Ana models, what would be the closest approach to that?
Gentle/Kuliniken? Trying it but not yet there…
Tks!
in the anagram, a combination of harmonic booster/gentle/kallinen is getting me there.
I was not used to the gallien tone - and I am digging it!
