Date on Thursday, tips/help?

Seriously, if she's going on a date with you, the inital attraction is there. Want to bring it to the next level? Show how much you know about her. What are her hobbies? Instead of bringing flowers, bring her a little something she is into. Does she like Nascar? Get her a small stuffed bear in her favorite driver's colors and number. Does she like to ride horses? Set up some time at a ranch? Does she like to paint? Find an art studio. After that, go out to a dinner to a resteraunt that she likes or wants to try. It will last 2 hours and be filled with conversation.

But you must not ask her what she likes. You must find another way. Want to impress her mom and get on her good side? Call her up and ask for advice on what to get and where to take her daughter. Or ask a friend.

Let me say when I met my wife I was about 10 years older than you, but when I did this, she didn't leave my place til 2:00 the next afternoon.

The film will give you some time together without having to talk much, so you should be able to get over your nerves. Then you've just got to navigate dinner successfully!

If you're nervous, neck a couple of shots at the bar to loosen yourself up. The alcohol will help you fly, but unlike necking pints, shots won't make you need to go to the can every 5 minutes. Be sincere, gentlemanly and be yourself. Just kick back, have fun and have no expectations of where the date will go, just let it roll.

One good move might be to bring back a shot from the bar for her too. Explain to her it's so you guys can get through the nerves and into the sack. :hiding:

Movies and Dinner is kinda lame... Tried and true, olde skewl, just over done... i take my female friends to movies.

Do something more personal...

Try to have a good, long conversation with her. Id say take her somewhere nice where its slightly secluded.

Cooking for her is usually a big plus.

personally, I like to go to the beach later in the evening or night, honestly its beautiful, and relaxing, and you get to spend time with her and get to know her.

Personality is big for me, so if I spend time with a girl and dont like what I see in the person, then thats it.
