It was suggested that the bass might be too heavy for her. Actually, I think it is.
However, she keeps crying, "my turn....my turn".
What can I do?

As my daughter would say -- "Good Daddy!"


I've been trying to get my five-year-old girl into fooling around on the bass, but she has autism and for the most part just slaps the strings open-handed and says "Daddad play FACE!" :bassist: :D She's wayyy behind developmentally, though, so I don't think she'll be playing any instrument purposefully any time soon.

It's really cute, but it's cuter when she slaps on my Steinberger XL-2 (which I don't think she can hurt) than on my new Tacoma or Lakland, which I'm a little more nervous about and protective of. :p
