daddy's little girl ... :D

most excellent !!

EDIT : buy her a new strap , dad !

Wonderful picture!
I tell everyone that I'm going to forbid my kids to become musicians. No, they're going to be financial advisors specializing in elder care! ;)
My son (3.5 years old) loves to haul out one or another of my basses and strum it with a pick, usually singing "Hard Day's Night" or the "Scooby Doo" theme song. I want to get him some kind of keyboard soon, operating on the theory that getting comfortable with the keyboard is the best way to begin understanding music. But my basses will still be available to him, of course. My daughter (5 months old) hasn't shown an interest in music yet. :(

I want to hear how that thing sounds going through the Thunderfunk and Schroeder setup

Actually, It sounds pretty dang good!

Hey duckbutter, I bought it here.

It was suggested that the bass might be too heavy for her. Actually, I think it is.
However, she keeps crying, "my turn....my turn".
What can I do?

Anyway, thanks for all the nice comments,

Chad

+1

That's how I got started, brah! Some 46 years ago! Result: we have a white Kawai baby-grand piano, which dominates our living room. I'll play ragtime, boogie, jazz and... everyone's favorite... show tunes for family, friends and guests! This regularly happens on weekend evenings when I don't have a gig... :hyper: I'm 52 now, and I can still sight read like a real mother-for-ya... :D
