Man I played a 4 string used one in guitar center and was really impressed. Neck pickup is a tad to close to the neck for my liking, but tone was way better than expected. Has a great neck thru construction too.

Is $299 a good price for one of these?

Wonder what the 5 string is like and if there are any similar basses out there.

That's about $200 off sale price....if in good shape it's worth the cost....I play Deans and that bass is a nice choice.

It has a strange outline on the back of the body like somebody left a book on it or something but other than that it seems in decent shape. Bass is discontinued think that will help me get price down?

Shoot for $275....if you get it, great....if not then deal still isn't that bad....just check everything out well first.

Just kidding I'm located in Palm Beach County.

I'll wait till I sell somethings and if it's still there I'll buy it. If not then whatever. I probably should be saving up for a better 5 string anyway, so I can play gospel without tuning down or transposing up an octave.
