I use a Decibel 11 pedalpalette, and somehow lost one of the the buttons . I actually remember having found it, thinking it was nothing and threw it away, 2 days later realised what it was ...
so i contacted Decibel 11 to see if I could order one ..... well , they just had one sent over , all the way to France , did not charge me a thing .... yup , that's what I call Customer service
