Such a tasteful bassist.
My older sister had Eltons first Greatest Hits LP, this tune was one of my favorites when I was around 7 years old.

Damn I'm gettin' old....
Particularly when it was a trio with Elton, Dee, and Nigel (before Davey Johnstone came on board on Madman Across the Water and they became a quartet), Dee could deftly strike the balance between filling space in a piano trio and yet never losing the fundamental shape of the tunes.
