That is close. It occurs most often where the bass meets the low mids. Right about 160-170 Hz. That's the MoJo Point.

Some say 60hz, some say 90-200 hz.
Personally, I think every speaker cab has a different sweet spot where it gives its best air.
It might be wherever the port is tuned to, but someone who knows more about speaker cab design might be able to confirm or repudiate this theory.
