Delay on the cheap

I don't need a digital delay, but i think it would be fun.

so i'm wanting something cheap.

Less than $60 would be cool.

is there anything worth getting at that price?
is a Behringer DD400 any good, is it noisy?
Or would a Danelectro be decent?

The biggest issue with Behringer is quality control - when they work, they're fine, but I've bought a few that were broken right out of the box. At that price, it'd probably be worth trying, as long as you can return it.

I have used this ARION delay for a few years without any problems. Very clean sound without noise. It has a plastic enclosure, but my large friends that have borrowed it haven’t crushed it yet.

i'd suggest saving up another $20 or so & getting a used Line 6 Echo Park. it's extremely versatile & a great sounding pedal for the price. tap tempo, clean, tape emulation, modulation control, reverse, trails on off control, small footprint for a pedal of it's type. they're typically in the $80-$100 range used, but you might get lucky & find one cheaper.
