Delta 410 outputs -> surround sound

howdy all:
im trying to connect my z680s to my m-audio delta 4-10, which has 8 outputs. i bought splitters for each of the three cords coming from the z680 control center, and ive got them wired up, but i'm only getting sound out of the the front left channel, rear left channel, and sub.

ive tried switching the red/black wire inputs to the amp, but to no avail

please help me, i'm desparate to get this rig working! thanks!

Can't you just connect the 410s digital out with the z680s digital in?

so i just connect a cable(1/4inch RCA i assume) from the output of the SPDIF to the z680?
