Other option is settle for 115, with 100w the deltalite can make quite a handy monitor rig if you indulge the box size for best sensitivity.

2 4's in series, or 2 8's in series, either way get you there. Go be the frequency response. If you want a darker tone go with the bassliite or for more high end and brighter go with the delta.
My interpretation was he collected two for a 215, hence the impedance issue.

Ive yet to find a cab, I was thinking it would be better to run two 4 ohms at 8, as far as tone or output, i wonder if it makes a difference, not sure if the human ear can really tell a big difference?

If you want maximum output you need two woofers in a large cabinet or two cabs that are always used together.
You don't hear impedance except when it's too much or too little.
If you could give us a do over of what you want to achieve we might be able to say for sure what you should do, even better with weight and cost restrictions.

I don’t think the ear cares. As long as you arrive at 8 or 16 total ohms at the amp. One cab at 8 or 16 ohms on the proper tap, two 8 ohm cabs in series on 16 (15) ohm tap, or two 16 ohm in parallel on the 8 ohm tap.
Within the cab, speakers in series or parallel ok, as long as you get 8 or 16 total.
