Demonfx Demonfx SIM-AMP Simplifier Bass vs DSM Humboldt Electronics. I need advice

Hello , I wanted to get my hands on the original preamp but $300 is still 300 , so I accidentally stumped onto the demonfx clone version for less than 100 dollars.
I have good experience with demon pedals.
Anyway I would like to know if any of you guys tried this clone and how good it is comparing to the original DSM ? Reliable ? Etc

i have one and although i don't have the original to compare it to, it seems to have all of the same functions.
