"Detroit" Bassists???

Plymouth!! What is LDS?

It's a custom bass cab company (Low Down Sound), that until about a year ago, also was a high end bass only retail store. We had GTG's a couple of times a week in that store, and it was just a great place for bassists to hang and meet each other. The cab company is going strong, the retail store just couldn't make ends meet in these tough times, and with all the on-line competition.

As a result, the bass community has 'drifted apart' up here a bit. I surely don't see most of the guys any more. It's kind of a bummer.

Lived in the "D".
Now in Ferndale (like 45 seconds from the old LDS shop- VERY bad!!!)
And in a week or two I'll be in Oxford!


And Burk...stop calling Ken names!!! He's no mormon, he's a pretty smart guy!
