I'd like to point out that the recording is made with the filter (tone control) knob hard right, which means full treble (i.e. harshness).
I'll be making more sounds samples showing the full range of the filter control sooooon.

Maybe something you should take up with Devi on a private basis rather than in a public forum...your site says the Hyperion "works well with bass" it totally cuts the bass! serious bummer. wish i could get a refund.

Played with this pedal quite a bit this weekend, and my initial impressions are very favorable. It's an intense fuzz, excellent lows across the 'filter' knob, very industrial sounding and the 'intensity switch' might as well be called 'gate on/off'. I'll be working on a detailed review this week.
