DI of RH450

hi,

With my RH450 I have never received any complaints, but I have never received any compliments at all. Once a soundman said "hey TCElectronic stuff! that's cool", that's all.

But for a special gig that I'm doing next saturday I would like to sound like better, so can any of you let me know your opinions about the RH450 DI comparing to another dedicated DI boxes.
Would be better to buy a DI box?
Can I go right with the DI of my RH450?

My rig is a Stingray EBMM HH --> Darkglass B7K (preamp/DI)--->SFX microthumpinator--->RH450

Is better a Radial JDI, JDV, Countryman 85... (for example) than that in the RH?

Once I used the B7K DI. When the xlr connector was connected it started to come feedback. So I never used de B7K DI... because I don't feel much comfortable... I Don't know why that feedback came.

Now I'm trying to understand how affect all the buttons on my devices, it is hard because I am a little bit of a redneck...

So next time I could give a second chance.

Currently I'm using the RH450 DI in the post eq position. Don't receive complains from the sound tech, and that must be a good thing.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. I've used the DI out in my BH250 and I haven't had a single problem. That said, I wish it had a ground lift, in case I DO have a hum problem one day. Oh well...cross fingers.
