It looks like overstock from that era, and the pickguard looks cheap. Sad thing is he lowed it from the $370.00 price of two weeks ago.

IMO - if the neck was replaced, then it's not very much original anymore and not worth near as much. BUT if you like the way it plays & feels then I wouldn't worry about it too much.
I think you overpaid but if it's any consolation I seen people take a way worse screwing off of Ebay and CL. I'm just saying that it could have been worse. You paid a bit to much. It's your deal. Now, you can play it and enjoy the hell out of it or you can be angry and pissed or maybe both. I would choose the former over the latter.
