kaevon thanks youHave you been able to work out?
Just today we put the finishing touches on our Bells of Steel home gym.
-Mike
Kaevon should thank you as well. I remember you talking about the rack you and your husband built. That inspired me to check them out, and after a few phone calls with Aman in the Toronto showroom, we had it all planned out.kaevon thanks youwhich piece or pieces did you get?
my workouts are feeble now, but i used my bells of steel cable tower to do abs, rows and lower back as my husband used our bells of steel residential rack and lever arms. building back up gradually. also did a walk. friday i did deadlifts for the first time since early april.
that answers the DM i just sent you LOL 40% off is sweet!Kaevon should thank you as well. I remember you talking about the rack you and your husband built. That inspired me to check them out, and after a few phone calls with Aman in the Toronto showroom, we had it all planned out.
We ended up with the Hydra squat rack and the Smith Machine Attachment, 280-ish pounds of plates, a landmine attachment, EZ curl bar, the arm blaster, and a couple other items. We got it all during the summer sale and saved about 40% off today's prices. I have never had a home gym this decked out. It is a real nice feeling to work out whenever we want to, use our own shower, no monthly dues, and have no commute time back and forth.
Gradual is the way to go. You're doing it right. However feeble it may be, you are that many steps ahead of the person sitting on their couch thinking about working out. Keep on keepin on my friend.

I've been working from home since June '24. My wife's employer closed last May and having her home all day has thrown my whole world into a spin.
