Difference between Ibanez SR506 & SR706

Hi,
With my christmas gifts (cash), I decide to buy a new bass.And I target two bass : The Ibanez SR506 and SR706.So I just demand the difference between this two bass because I want to know if the SR706 deserve to have 180$ more than the SR506.

obviously didn't look hard. As I said the difference is a maple top and a high gloss finish. its your money,only you can decide if its worth it.
