Digitech BP90 vs. BP200

Hey guys. I was looking for just a basic multi-effects pedal with modeling as well. I've been looking at the Digitech BP90 and BP200 as a starter.. I just want to be able to experiment with sounds and different amp modelings. I also want to just use it for practice and for recording as well. I'm not looking to gig with this just yet too. I know there's others out there like the zoom and boss, but these two fit in my budget.. If any of you have some input with any of these, let me know! Thanks!

I've had a digitech bp200. the bp200 does have more controls than the bp90, but it does seem to be more suitable for beginners. I don't own a bp90, but I would assume it's like the bp80, only with a sleek new design and a new chorus effect. and to answer you're question, yes they have similar sound quality. if you're an advance player, I personally would suggest saving more cash for a digitech bp355. this multi-effects processor has a larger variety of effects, amp and cab models. I do have sound samples of the digitech bp355 on my soundclick website. here's the link.
