Is anyone familiar with the jamman solo? I just bought one. Im trying to add my own drum samples and have been able to do so but cant get the start/stop in the loop to be a smooth uninterupted beat continuation. I dont know if im explaining it right. With the bass loops i play there is a start/stop point so the "seam" is silent and the loop is clean. When i import my drum samples, the begining of the loop is never on the correct beat. I used the auto quantizer but it doesnt help. I want to load pre recorded beats to save. Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't have the solo. I have early twin size one. I use it as a sampler and use a line 6 for bass looping. Mine has a button you push so it starts recording immediately when it gets signal so I haven't had and issues. I normally record at home in reaper and use everything from slate drums to east west quantum leap symphonic orchestra haven't had any issues.

I had one, is your original sample the same speed (bpm) as your playback ?

How can I sync? The jamman solo has a tap tempo and doesnt show bpm. I cant for the life of me sync a external drum loop. Lands on the wrong beat at begining of loop sequence. The auto quantize brings my playing to the first beat of measure on the internal metronome. But unless my imported sample has a break to stop and statt at i cant make a seamless loop.
