Digitech PDS 20/20

It takes some time getting used to. I have used it for an intro to a song and it sounded cool. You just have to find the setting you like or can use. It's like a polychorus and delay. I mostly use the echo because the looper is best in that mode.

The delay is spot on. By that I mean you can loop a sound then tweak the knobs then go back to the original setting and it will sound exactly like when u first played it.

I believe Jonathan from hella uses one too. Maybe listen to their records and try to hear it.

Some more thoughts. It sounds very different on guitar compared to bass. I think I like the echo mode so much with a bass because when I bend notes it sounds very good. I remember one freak out session where I made a phrase by just bending two or three notes and it was still musical and cool sounding. It was some thickness.
