Digitech RP355

I don't know where this question belongs so I'm just gonna post this thread here and delete it later I guess.

I'm getting one of my friends an RP355 (since they aren't sold where I'm from).

However, I want to make sure I get the right power adapter.

Here are the Digitech website's specifications for the adapter:
Europe: 230 VAC, 50 Hz Adapter: PS0913B-230

Does this mean I can just buy any 230V AC input/ 9v AC output power adapter?

Also, where can I buy one of those? I've tried searching online and I'm not even sure if these adapters exist.
