From my experience the Pitchfork is the best option for fast accurate polyphonic pitch shifting.

I've owned a lot of EH stuff, and have stopped using it because replacing it when it dies every few years blows. The build quality just isn't up to par, IME. Great designs, though.

I was going to suggest using an expression pedal with the EHX Ring Thing until I saw this haha. I used to use the Ring Thing live in lieu of a whammy back in the day. Never had an issue with build quality from them and the option to store 7 (I believe? can't remember) presets was dope considering all the modulation and ring mod features in that box
