DiMarzio - Model Split P Pickup - Question

Ive used it aswell.
Use it in conjunction with a Model J pickup in my P/J
Compared to a normal P pickup, it is a bit darker sounding, quite aggressive sounding too.

I've got one in one of my retired basses along with an X2N-B. I like the split P. It is very middy and aggressive, but still pretty dark. It is a good pickup.
