DiMarzio's Billy Sheehan 'Relentless' pickups

I don’t know why I said YES earlier, or why I can’t edit it. Billy DID NOT say when.
I'm stoked! I ordered my set today. I'm going to build my own "Billy Special" P bass.
This should arrive tomorrow:
And my Hipshot Extended Range D-tuner should arrive Saturday! No idea how long Dimarzio will take to ship the pickup and pots I ordered. I'm just going to go ahead and replace the tone and volume pots while I'm in there anyways.
Down the road I may even mod the bass and put a mudbucker in the neck, and go with the dual outputs like "The Wife."

I like bright, clean visuals that pop. I swapped my last Fender w tort to white pearloid, and have one on the way for this one as well!
Actually, white pearloid is pretty bomb too. I'm getting one for when I want my black and maple P to be dressed fancy.
Has anyone checked out the Relentless Neck pickup? The Will Power Neck is off the website now, which kinda bums me out, so hoping the Relentless is similar.

Got my Relentless P in this morning, along with the recommended pots and cap!
I'm hoping I'll have time to install everything (replacing everything but strap buttons and 3 tuners, basically) within the next week or two. I'm planning to document the process on video, or at least pics. Will post up when completed.

My modified Lakland is very close to completion. Hopefully, it will be in my hands by next weekend. I’ll do a NBD thread when it gets here.

Both mini switches are pickup selectors. I’m going to do a thread on the bass, why I had it built, and how everything works, once I get it.
I have the willpower in another bass. These have a similar tone but less noise. I also feel the string to string response is a little better on the relentless. The curved edges and sunken screws make them way more comfortable to anchor the thumb.
Mine are sitting in my cart until DiMarzio has their annual sale which I'm guessing will start in about 9 days. Waiting sucks.
