Right but the pair are probably mismatched enough that a standard vol/vol/tone set up would be really comprised.

And to be clear I'm talking about using the neck and middle together.

I used to know Dave Fowler. Many years ago I went to Nashville, and stayed with Dave for a few days and he gave me a tour of the Nashville scene. He was working with Lorrie Morgan at the time. He's a really cool guy, and a monster player!!! He introduced me to Victor Wooten while I was out there, and we saw The Wooten Brothers perform. Simply amazing memories!!

Yeah, Billy replied to me on Facebook saying there would be (at least)a PJ set coming.

I thought I had finally decided on the Geezer PJ set but I wish I knew when the Relentless PJ set will be available. Dang decisions!

I see myself building several basses around these new pickup sets: dual P, neck and middle, PJ, and JJ... it will be hard to choose!

Aside from that, are there any basses that have the P + humbucker in the neck setup besides his signature Attitude basses?

Yep, Billy has hinted a J version is in the works.

I also ordered the neck Relentless bucker and a Chopper T (Telecaster bridge pickup) for another project, taking advantage of that Dimarzio sale.

You make a good point! I can't think of any other basses with the same pickup configuration.

I've got many DiMarzio's incoming including a Relentless /Model J set for my Mustang PJ, will advise once installed.

I took advantage of the sale and have the P set coming my way. The plan is to drop the set in a budget project P bass. From the few sound clips I heard, if the Relentless doesn't get it rocking, nothing will!

It's crazy. Nothing goes to what it should. Since that pickup isn't a standard size, it really would be nice to know what size it is! For a free set of pickups, I would fix the links.
