Dingwall customer service issues?

I have been trying to reach Dingwall for the past week and a half to get a replacement truss rod wrench. They haven't responded to any of my emails and when I try to call them I get an automated message that there is no voice mail in place for any of their staff and then disconnected. Is anyone else having issues trying to contact them? I just recently bought a used D Roc and love the bass but I need the special allen wrench tool to adjust the truss rod. I am willing to pay for it if need be but would like to get one ASAP. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Are these what you're looking for? This kit says it's for Afterburner Series, Super Series, and Z models. They show them in stock. They also have a set listed as being for the Dingwall Tool Kit for Combustion and NG Import Models.

I'm trying to order a set of strings,but the site won't let me ship to My address.
But I keep getting notices that I have left items in My cart.
Example below:

"Shipping not available​

Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address."

I am hoping that the delay in them getting back to me was because they were busy. Not because I posted this post. They seem like a great company. I love their basses. Especially the D Roc I picked up. I will happily give them the benefit of the doubt. BTW here is the D Roc I picked up.

Dingwall has a very strong presence at most of the bass/guitar/music shows (NAMM, Mannheim, etc.). Most recent show being the London Show.
Possibly that was occupying their attention or the staff might have been given the time off or the staff was playing hooky. Who knows. The important thing is that they DID get back to you and that they ARE sending one to you. IMOHO of course.

I have the Dingwall set that comes with a custom order. They’re just standard Allen keys with a colored band added. Off hand I don’t remember if they’re imperial or metric, but the sizes have been verified and stated in the Dingwall club thread before.
