never really understood what's going on on those fretboards..

I'm talking about them not being parallel

so each string has a specific place on the fret according to it's scale length...if that clarifies anything...low string 35", high string 33 or something like that...

Wow, I'm back, and she's punchy, clean, lovely harmonics gorgeous, and that P p'up in passive is great, cops a perfect vintage P tone, reminds me of my 71 I had to let go about 6-7 years ago, this makes up for that, I'm surprised I even brought it up. Anyway, the drummer came in while I was checking out the tone's and after I had put on some Chromes and I gotta say that series setting is smoking hot, that became very apparent after he sat behind the drums. I can't wait to try that out with the full band. Wow, I'm really diggin' that tone,
