I'm talking about them not being parallel
so each string has a specific place on the fret according to it's scale length...if that clarifies anything...low string 35", high string 33 or something like that...

it's a thing of optimized tone, then? doesn't this feel weird to play, or uncomfortable, at least?
I have an Afterburner II 5 string. It doesn't really bother me at all.
Wait, you mean it didn't take you months to adjust?
If by months you really mean about 10 minutes, then yes. Otherwise, no.
