direct replacement for soapbar ADX5 pickups

Hi, I have an ibanez SDGR 885 with a couple of soapbar ADX5 pickups. Lately, the output is too slow (half the normal) and I don't know if the problem is the active preamp or the pickups (the bass has more than 20 years). The single 9V battery isn't the problem

I've been pretty happy with the preamp as it has been always noiseless, so I'll try first changing the ADX5 pickups. What soapbar pickups do you recommend me for a direct replacement? I want a clean crystal clear sound with a high output.. have anybody tried the Aguilar AG DCB-G4 set or the Bartolini 72M45C-T/B?

Have a look at Nordstrand Big Singles or Big Splits. Mine give me the lows of a humbucker with the highs of a single coil. Big Singles and Big Breaks - Splits for Ibanez only - are fitted to many of this year's SRs.
