Disc Golf

hey guys, i was wondering if anyone played Disc Golf (Frisbee golf)
me and my friends just got hooked on it a couple of days ago, and we've been going and playing a lot.
i was just wondering if anyone else played and if you never have, i suggest going out and doing it, its a ton of fun.

I played it quite a bit in college. My wife play now and again but not a whole lot.

no, you dont really run, but you can if you want. imagine a game of golf...but with frisbee's, you walk around and throw the disc where it landed and try to make it into a cage sort of thing.

There's a nationally used PDGA course at Wickham Park, just a few miles from my house. I had never heard of this sport until I found out one of my Chromehound squad-members is actually Invalid Link Removed.

i play a lot during the summer here in michigan. there are some great courses around my house here. there is this one course that has 48 holes and is nicer than most golf courses

it's fun. it took me a while but i can actually drive it straight and far now.......now i just have to work on putting

There's a few PDGA courses around me, as well as the Discraft factory. It's pretty cool when they come out to the courses and have us try out their prototypes.

I played a lot in college, but have gotten away from it. there are some local courses, but I just haven't been inspired to play for a while. I still have about 6-7 discs (though I've lost a few over the years)
