Hi I recently got the Darkglass Alpha Omicron but it doesn't distort when plugged in. The other effects work fine. I have the tc electronic bh550 bass head and the TC electronik k-115 cabinet. When I connected the alpha omicron to the Fender guitar combo, everything worked fine. Is it the fault of the head or cabinet? Please help.

Distortion, amplifier or cabinet problems?

You should be going into the input on the front panel . If the Distortion works in the Fender combo it should work in the TC BH550. Use the same cables and power supply and it should work. If you plug in your Bass and get sound out of the amp then there is no problem with the head or the cab.
