You could have erred on the side of slightly increasing the volume and slightly lowering the tuning with good results. Anyway, looks pretty good so far, hopefully it works out well and the dustcap is not an indication of a dead speaker.

haha I should read first, post laterSomebody reglued the dustcap, probably with elmers or something like that.
