DMC.micro firmware update problem...

Hi fellas!!!
I want to know if somebody can help me with this... Just got a DMC.micro Gen3 to use it with my C4 pedal. After reset it to factory settings, I proceed to update the firmware. But there's where my problem appears: When I connect the pedal to the computer, looks like the computer doesn't "recognize" the pedal... I did this both in PC and Mac; in the PC I can see the pedal in the device manager window, but it doesn't show in the other windows in order to enter the device to update the file. On Mac, I downloaded the update app , but when I connect the micro, the app cannot find it, so I'm not able to run the udpate...
Maybe I'm doing something wrong -I'm not very good with these things-. so I want to know if you guys can guide me or tell me what to do.
Thanks!!!

J.

The same issue happened to me, too. I ended up having to send it to DA. They were very quick about doing the update and had it back to me in a week. They have fantastic customer service; so be sure to reach out to them if your issue doesn’t resolve itself soon.

Thanks!! I send them a message yesterday, so I'm waiting for their response.... Looks like it's the best way to fix it; I had a friend of mine checking it yesterday and he tried to do something, but ended with the same problem. I've heard CS of Disaster Area is great too, I hope they can help me with that...
