Do all Warwick necks feel "long"?..

I find that angling the neck upwards, so that the headstock is almost at eye height (think classical guitar position), really helps with the reach. I'm fortunate enough to have a 93 BO and there's not much neck dive, if any. Mind you, I'm a pretty big dude and have the bass body positioned at slightly above my waist line. It's not a very rock'n roll look, but it really helps with the reach. That tiny Thumb body probably looks silly on me, but I love the sound so much, I prioritize it over the looks.

p.s. sorry for resurrecting an old thread.

A 6 string..ouch on that neck. Hell, I returned the 4 string Streamer due to the necks length. I'm thinking about buying it back it sounded so good and get used to the neck. Was easy to push the strings down, chord, just long.
Ok. I did buy it back. Feels very light at about 7.5lbs. I've gotten used to the long neck and just love this bass. It has tone up the ass.

The Warwick plays much easier than the short scale Sterling Musicman I had for about a week. And I really thought this Sterling was going to be the one, but i could not get conformable no matter how I held it. Was quoted as being 7lb, 6oz but felt like 10 or more pounds.
I bought a Spector Timbre jr about a month ago and this bass I just can't put down.
30" scale and 1.5" nut. I can play along with Live Cream with it.

Oh, and I'm quite average at 5'11", 200 71 yr old pounds.
