Do I need a DI?

IEM and wireless out of guitar also. I have 2 transmitter. One for IEM and other for bass signal

it makes no sense to plug the output of your pedals into a wireless receiver. the wireless receiver sends out signal from the beltpack, it doesn't take it in.

I think there is some mix up in terminology. A guitar beltpack is a transmitter. An IEM beltpack is a receiver.

My understanding is the OP is wired from instrument to pedal board. The pedal board is plugged into the wireless transmitter and the wireless receiver is at front of house, or perhaps in a rack case on stage and routed to front of house through the snake.

OK so your pedalboard is going into a wireless transmitter, like you literally have a battery-powered beltpack lying there on the stage by your pedals?

i didn't grasp that because it is frankly a really dumb idea. you're adding all the reliability, interference and tone problems of wireless without any of the advantages. they should just run a cable from your pedals to FOH like any sane sound provider would.

now if you could get a hold of the receiver, bring it on stage with you and use it like you're supposed to, that is beltpack on you and receiver into your pedals, that would be pretty sweet, between that and your IEMs you would have total freedom of movement.

Without SPECIFICS on what's between your bass and the mixing desk.. it's a guesstimate.. but on average, replacing some of that wire (in the right place in the signal path) will NOT affect your signal, and will allow you to move about.
If you don't move around, there's no need for wireless!

Yes I don’t move around. Would signal be better ( meaning stronger) if I connect hard wire other than wireless transmitter to board?

Totally agree.. about it being a dumb idea, and completely subverts the intended purpose of wireless.
If he's actually doing that.. there's no point. The wireless xmitter should be on the strap, the reciever on the FRONT (input) side of the pedalboard and the output side wired (via cable) into the stage box.
Wifi from pedalboard to receiver at FOH (other than for vocal mics) seems pointless as one is still WIRED from bass to pedalboard. SILLY!

NOT necessarily, but I would NOT use wireless the way you are.. it's pointless being wired from bass to pedalboard, then wireless from pedalboard to FOH - unless there is no other means of getting the signal there ...
The wireless "strength" will depend on how far you are from the FOH desk!
The whole point of being wireless the way you SHOULD be - is to be able to move around and not be "tethered" in one spot by wires!
You kill that by being wired to the pedalboard.
Save the $$ and go wired...
 
It's probably because the church isn't concerned with the players, they just dont want to run cables from the stage to the FOH.
They might be a mobile church and tear down each Sun. OP didn't state, but it would make sense to set things up the way he says they are - IF that's the case.
IF same location each week.. Someone doesn't know what they are doing!

I suspect something like this is what going on as well. And I have done a few similar crazy things in my time.

For example, I ran sound for a concert band gig in some venue where we were not allowed to run a snake or any cables out into the house. For this gig I went with just vocals in the mains and rigged up some RF systems with instrument packs to drive the speakers on stage. It was an unusual way to use the wireless systems, but it worked just fine.
