Do they make Finger Picks for Bassist?

Only an insane bass ninja would ask this question. (sorry, I could not help myself ;))

edit: Check out James Taylor's website where he has instructional videos. He builds acrylic picks on his right hand fingers using modern cosmetic fingernail technology

Cool, a question that I've not seen multiple times! I have no idea. Have you tried banjo pics? I have tried them (used to play banjo) and they were pretty "trebly". Did'nt like using them on a bass much either. I thought about dipping them in that liquid plastic stuff, but never got around to it. Just prefer "nekked" fingers. Let us know what you find!

Due to years of improper picking technique, John Wetton (Asia, King Crimson) developed severe tendonitis and was forced to use a thumb pick and a kind of open hand strum which seems to work well enough for him.
You can check out certain Asia Vids to see for yourself.
How this helps you I have NO IDEA and I apologize, but a nice little tidbit anyway... :)
