Do they make Finger Picks for Bassist?

I have a piccolo bass now I don't want to mess up my fingers that much.

Cool, a question that I've not seen multiple times! I have no idea. Have you tried banjo pics? I have tried them (used to play banjo) and they were pretty "trebly". Did'nt like using them on a bass much either. I thought about dipping them in that liquid plastic stuff, but never got around to it. Just prefer "nekked" fingers. Let us know what you find!

How does a picollo mess your fingers up? I'd avoid finger picks. I don't even like then when I play steel.

I used brass Dunlop banjo picks with piccolo strings and it worked fine. Otherwise calluses seem to work.

Just you the regular guitar ones, but get them really heavy.

Due to years of improper picking technique, John Wetton (Asia, King Crimson) developed severe tendonitis and was forced to use a thumb pick and a kind of open hand strum which seems to work well enough for him.

How this helps you I have NO IDEA and I apologize, but a nice little tidbit anyway...
