I believe it's mostly F Bb and C with the occasional Bb minor (that's the 4 minor, a really powerful tool to have in your songwriter arsenal).
On the line "Now that I can Dance", listen to how much motion is implied by just changing the 3rd of the Bb chord from major to minor and then building on the C7 chord going back into the chorus. That's a lot of power with very small moves.
