Sorry, not a zit. A zit is an infected pore, what that vid shows is a large sebaceous cyst, essentially a capsule of rot which (usually) grows between layers of skin.
If you just pop and drain it the capsule remains behind and (usually) heals and refills with more rot. Some people pop and drain, then root around in the hole to get the (now empty) capsule separated from healthy flesh. This method is both painful (even with a local) and hit or miss.
The usual method of removal is to split the skin and cut the capsule away, not unlike caping an animal hide to be used in taxidermy. Careful and complete separating of flesh from capsule without compromising the capsule. In short cut it away intact, then flushing the hole, cutting away the excess skin flap, then sew that puppy shut.
Went to school with a guy who had seriously severe acne and he is scared all over his upper torso.
Oh and BTW, get a close look at Brad Pitt without makeup and you will see his acne scarred cheeks.
As for popping my S/O's zits, we do things like that for each other when they are in places we can't reach ourselves.
For a couple years after my wreck, tiny pieces of crap that got pounded in to my scalp would work their way to the surface in the form of painful zit like whiteheads, but instead of puss it was a hard cheesy looking stuff that had grown around a tiny shard of glass, plastic, etc. Once they got to the top layer of skin they would be painful as hell and if left unattended would quickly begin to float in a small puddle of bloody puss so it was always prudent to get them as soon as I felt the soreness that heralded yet another "alien birth". Hesitation of even a day would yield a nasty bit of runny, bloody corruption, the larger the piece of detritus the larger the nasty puddle would be. Wifey handled almost all of this for me, some could be squeezed and popped out, others had to be wrested loose with tweezers, and some had to be cut free. The few I took care of on my own left rather largish bald spots because I couldn't see what I was doing and wound up pulling a lot of hair from around the boo-boo before claiming my prize.
