I know it's a shocker everytime. I apologize for any inconvenience I have brought upon you.
Mt. St. Helen was my favorite part of my geology class and lab during my freshman year at APSU. My professor new the guy, and he could point out the exact spot on the mountain where the guy was stationed when it blew.
Mt. St. Helens? Here is a pic with my cell phone from our visit there in July. The people in the foreground are friends and family.

My first name sounds the same as a famous quarter back (Tennessee Volunteer, Indianapolis Colt, Denver Bronco) that I loathe.

My name is the same as a very prolific author of computer books. And it's also the name of one of the most successful Chevrolet dealers in the Detroit area. Seriously.....I am behind cars with my name on their license plate frames literally a couple hundred times a day. If I had a dollar for everyone who asked "Do you own the car dealership?" I would've bought the damn place by now.
And FWIW, we DID NOT get my wife's Volt at that dealership.

No, not even close. My first name is shared by many...my last name is rather unique. I can think of 7 living people that have it, and 10 that ever had it.
Funny story about my last name... Did some collaboration research in a lab at another university. Ahead of my arrival a graduate student from Ghana looked at my name and thought I was a fellow African... He was surprised to see a pale face walk in. Seems my surname is shared by some Ghana and Nigerian nationals.
The current spelling was changed slightly when they signed it at Ellis Island. There might be two more people that had it in it's current form, but I don't believe so.
